Therefore, depending on the type of health insurance card corresponding to each subject, determine the use value of the health insurance card as follows:
– For health insurance cards of the group of free beneficiaries: The health insurance card is valid from the date of issue to the date it is no longer part of this target group.
Example: For children under 6 years old, the health insurance card is valid until the date the child reaches full 72 months of age. If the child is full 72 months old but has not reached the enrollment period, the health insurance card is valid until September 30 of that year.
– For the group paid by the employee and the employer: The health insurance card is valid from the date of issue of the card to the date of stopping the payment of health insurance.
For example: when an employee in an enterprise leaves his / her job, the issued health insurance card will no longer be valid because it no longer pays the monthly health insurance premium.
Note: In fact, when looking up the use value of the health insurance card for employees working at an enterprise under labor contracts, the result will be valid until the end of the year being searched, however if the employee terminates If the contract before that time, the enterprise reports to reduce the number of employees participating in health insurance, the card will no longer be valid from the time of notification of reduction in accordance with the principle of how much it affects.
– For groups paying health insurance by household: The health insurance card is valid from the date of issue of the card to the date of cessation of participation in health insurance.
– For the group that is supported to pay health insurance: The health insurance card is valid from the date of issue of the card to the date of cessation of participation in health insurance.
