- PURPOSES AND SCOPE OF INFORMATION
terra human resource management ecosystem and the terra-plat.vn website (referred to as “terra”) collects information from individuals and organizations using terra.
The information collected includes email, phone, username, address, and location of Customers.
“Customers” means individuals and organizations that register to use terra ecosystem or request information about terra ecosystem.
Customers’ location information is data about their geographical location, which will be sent to the server, to help them use the check-in function on terra.
The above information is the required data that terra needs Customers to provide when registering terra ecosystem. terra uses these data to contact and confirm with Customers to ensure their benefits when registering.
Customers will be responsible for all the security and storage of activities using the service under their registered name, password, and email box. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of Customers to promptly notify terra of any unauthorized use, abuse, breach of security, storage of the registration name, and password of the third party to establish an appropriate solution.

- SCOPE USAGE OF INFORMATION
terra uses the information provided by Customers to:
- Provide services to Customers.
- Send notices of information exchange activities between Customers and terra.
- Prevent activities that damage Customers’ user accounts or impost Customers.
- Contact and communicate with Customers.
terra commits:
Do not use Customers’ personal information for any purpose other than verification and making contact related to transactions at terra.
terra is responsible for cooperating in providing customers’ personal information upon request from competent state agencies.

- INFORMATION STORAGE TIME
Customers’ data will be stored until Customers request to delete or they can log in and perform the action. Other than these cases, Customers’ personal information will be kept confidential on terra server.

Customers’ personal information on terra is committed to absolute confidentiality by terra’s Privacy Policy. The collection and use of information of each Customer are performed only by the permission from that Customer or by the law.
terra commits:
Not using, transmitting, providing or disclosing to any third party Customers’ personal information without the permission from Customers unless is required by law.
If the data center is damaged by a hacker leading to the loss of the Customers’ data, terra will be responsible for notifying the events to Customers and authorities to investigate for appropriate solutions.
